Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 9, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Next 11 Holdings LLC d/b/a Spendric ("Spendric," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, protects, retains, and deletes information when you use Spendric, visit spendric.com, create an account, upload advertising data, use the AI advisor, start a trial, subscribe, or contact us.

Spendric is a business-use SaaS product. It is not intended for children or for personal, household, or consumer use.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address, hashed password, account profile details, login information, subscription status, and support communications. If you use Google login, we collect the identity information Google provides, such as name and email address.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Spendric does not store full card numbers. We receive limited payment metadata such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, invoice status, plan, and payment status.
  • Uploaded advertising data: Meta Ads CSV exports uploaded by you, including campaign names, ad set names, spend, performance metrics, and related advertising fields in the export.
  • Derived audit data: flags, computed dollar figures, audit findings, states, historical audit results, user-stated economics, target CPA, average order value, campaign objective, and trend information.
  • AI advisor data: questions, prompts, conversation history, derived audit outputs shown to the AI advisor, optional product URLs you submit, and advisor responses.
  • Usage and product interaction data: information about how you use Spendric, including steps viewed, findings opened, actions completed or skipped, timestamps, device/browser data, session data, logs, and similar operational information.
  • Communications: messages you send to us, support requests, feedback, survey answers, and marketing preferences.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

  • Spendric does not currently connect directly to Meta APIs to pull data. Users upload their own CSV exports.
  • Spendric does not ask for or store your Meta login credentials.
  • Spendric does not store full payment card numbers.
  • Spendric does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, children’s information, health information, government identifiers, or consumer credit information. Do not upload those categories of information to Spendric.

4. How We Use Information

To create and manage accounts; authenticate users; provide password reset and account security functions; process subscriptions, payments, trials, invoices, cancellations, and billing notices; receive, store, and analyze uploaded Meta Ads CSVs; generate audits, historical trends, computed findings, and recommendations; provide and improve the AI advisor; retain audit history for users; provide support; communicate product updates; detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, abuse, and service problems; comply with law and enforce terms; develop, test, and improve Spendric; and create aggregated, anonymized, non-identifiable statistics for analytics, benchmarking, product improvement, and research.

5. AI Processing

Spendric uses Anthropic Claude API to power the AI advisor. For the current product design, Spendric sends derived audit outputs and your questions to the AI advisor, not raw CSV uploads.

Spendric has configured the AI provider under zero-retention / no-training API terms to the extent available under the applicable provider arrangement. This means customer prompts and derived audit data sent through the API are not intended to be used to train the provider’s models.

The AI advisor may also use live web search and may fetch a product URL or other URL that you intentionally paste into a question. URL fetching is user-initiated per question.

6. How We Share Information

  • Service providers / subprocessors: Stripe for payment processing; Anthropic for AI advisor processing; Supabase / Postgres for application database hosting; Vercel for application hosting; Google as an identity provider if Google login is used; email providers for transactional and support email; and web search/fetch providers where needed for advisor functionality.
  • Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, government request, or to protect rights, safety, security, users, Spendric, or others.
  • Business transfers: information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.
  • With your direction: we may share information when you request or authorize it.
  • Aggregated or anonymized information: we may share statistics or insights that cannot reasonably identify you, your account, or any individual.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

At launch, Spendric uses necessary cookies or similar technologies for authentication, sessions, security, account access, and service operation.

Analytics. Spendric uses PostHog, a product and web analytics service, to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We have configured PostHog in a privacy-protective way. We do not record your screen or session (session replay is disabled). We do not capture the contents of any file you upload, and uploaded files are never stored. We do not capture the values you type into forms, and we do not send PostHog your email address, website URL, or advertising figures. We record which pages you visit and a small set of product events, such as completing a step in the free audit, so we can see where the experience can be improved. Analytics identifiers are stored in your browser’s local storage, not in cookies. Your approximate location, such as country or region, may be inferred from your IP address, as is standard for web analytics. PostHog processes this information as our data processor; see PostHog’s privacy policy for details.

If Spendric later adds analytics, advertising, affiliate, or referral tracking technologies, this Privacy Policy and any applicable cookie disclosures should be updated before or when those technologies are deployed.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and support business records.

Uploaded CSVs, derived audits, user-stated economics, AI advisor conversations, and historical audit data are retained to provide Spendric functionality, including historical trends and prior conversations, unless deleted according to the account deletion process or as otherwise required.

Free audit (used without an account): when you request a free audit without creating an account, Spendric collects the email address you provide in order to show you your results. Spendric uses the CSV you upload only to generate that audit and does not retain the raw uploaded file. The derived audit results are stored and associated with that email address for up to 90 days, after which free-audit results that have not been claimed by creating an account are deleted. If you create an account using the same email address, your free audit is attached to that account and is retained under the account-data terms described in this section.

If your subscription expires or is canceled but your account remains available, Spendric may retain audits and AI conversation history so the account can be reactivated and prior context restored.

When an account is deleted, Spendric disables login access promptly, retains backups for up to 30 days, and then permanently deletes or de-identifies account data in accordance with normal deletion and backup processes, unless longer retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or legitimate business purposes.

After account deletion, Spendric may retain aggregated, anonymized, non-identifiable statistical information derived from data.

9. Security

Spendric uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Examples include hashed password storage, access controls, hosted infrastructure providers, and security practices appropriate for an early-stage SaaS product.

No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting login credentials, limiting access within your organization, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You may access and update certain account information through Spendric. You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of information by contacting us.

Spendric provides audit export functionality where available. Export formats and scope may change over time.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link where provided. You may still receive transactional, security, billing, legal, and service-related communications.

Depending on where you are located, you may have additional privacy rights under laws such as California privacy laws, GDPR, or UK GDPR. Spendric will respond to legally valid requests as required by applicable law.

11. International Users

Spendric is operated by a Utah, United States company. If you use Spendric from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Spendric or its service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from your location.

12. Children’s Privacy

Spendric is intended for users 18 and older and for business/professional use. Spendric does not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that a child has provided information, we may delete it.

13. Future Product Changes

Spendric may later add direct Meta API integration, email digests, affiliate/referral programs, analytics, benchmarking, or additional AI and automation features. If those changes materially alter data collection, use, sharing, or tracking, Spendric should update this Privacy Policy and provide notice where required.

14. Changes to This Policy

Spendric may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted with a new effective date. If changes are material, Spendric may provide additional notice by email, in-app notice, or another reasonable method.
