Effective September 14, 2026
Spendric is operated by Next 11 Holdings LLC, 1648 W Brookview Ln, Lindon, UT 84042. Contact: hello@spendric.com. Abuse reports: abuse@spendric.com.
This page describes every kind of email we send, how we handle opt-outs and complaints, and what we do not do. It is written to be checkable rather than reassuring. If anything here does not match an email you received from us, we want to know, and abuse@spendric.com is the fastest way to tell us.
Product and transactional email. If you run an audit, create an account, or subscribe, we send you the things that make the product work: your audit result, your weekly digest, the alerts you turned on, billing notices, and account security messages. Alerts and digests are configurable and can be turned off inside the product at any time.
Follow-up to people who gave us their address. If you entered your email address on our free audit and did not go further, you may receive a short follow-up sequence about the audit you started. Every message in that sequence carries an unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header, and one click ends it permanently.
Business to business outreach. We send a small number of individually written messages to people running ecommerce businesses that advertise on Meta. These are written and sent by hand, one at a time, by our founder from his own mailbox. They are not automated, not generated from a template beyond the recipient’s first name, and not sent through a bulk email platform. They are commercial messages under CAN-SPAM: they identify who we are, they carry our physical postal address, the subject line describes the message honestly, and they tell you how to stop.
These outreach messages contain no links at all. No spendric.com URL, no tracking redirect, no attachment, no image, no open-tracking pixel. If you want to see what the product does, you reply and we send it.
For outreach messages, reply with the word unsubscribe, or with anything else that says the same thing. A person reads every reply. You can also email hello@spendric.com or abuse@spendric.com from the address you want removed. Because these messages are sent by hand and contain no links, a reply is the opt-out, and it is the only one you need.
For product, digest and follow-up email, what you use depends on which message it is.
Our free audit follow-up sequence is the only marketing email we send. Every message in it carries an unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header with one click support, so your mail provider can end it without you loading anything of ours.
Weekly digests carry an unsubscribe link and a settings link in the footer. Alerts carry a link to the notification centre, where you turn them off. Audit results, billing notices and account security messages carry neither, because they are transactional: you asked for that specific thing and we are answering.
We deliberately do not put a List-Unsubscribe header on transactional mail. Advertising an unsubscribe on a message somebody asked for is a good way to lose mail they want.
An outreach opt-out is permanent. We process it within one business day, and in almost every case the same day. The address goes onto a suppression list that every future outreach send is checked against, and it is never removed from that list for any reason. You do not need an account, and we will not ask you why. Product settings are deliberately the opposite: they belong to you, they live on your account, and you can switch them back on.
Send the message to abuse@spendric.com, with full headers if you can get them easily. We will tell you what we found and what we changed. We treat a spam complaint as a defect in what we did, not as a disagreement about whether we were entitled to send.
Every domain we send from publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and we sign and align every message. We monitor bounce and complaint rates and stop rather than push through a bad signal. Outreach volume is deliberately small enough to be written by one person, and we would rather send fifteen messages that are worth reading than a thousand that are not.
If you operate a blocklist and have listed one of our domains, write to abuse@spendric.com. We will not argue with you about whether the listing was deserved. We will tell you what changed and give you something you can verify.
If we change what we send or how we send it, this page changes first. The effective date at the top is the date of the current version.
